If you are using LOH which
has +350% dmg vs demons does double strike double your physical dmg of the weapon and the bonus torwards demons as well?
For example Aldurs weapon also has another 200% dmg to demons, and while the base dmg isnt amazing... +500% vs demons you could Lo it 3 times plus high lords, would you practiocally be doing 1000% dmg to demons each hit?

I think the +% dmg to demons get applied first to your weapon dmg then deadly strike procs after

This. Also, if you have Deadly Strike (2x dmg) & Critcal Strike (2x dmg) only applies once, if deadly strike is calculated successfully, critical strike will not be applied and vice versa.
