I use the following gear for pvm baal run. P3 count.

Ebotdz
Storm shield
Arreats helm
Enigma
Loh
SoE
Gores
Angelic amulet
Angelic ring
Raven

What should i socket on my storm shield and arreats? 30max or 15max/9str
