Still had the itch to play so I restarted, and thus a new thread! Although I am not 100% sure if I'll go far right away, I already know myself well enough that I'll end up playing more than I think, and all of a sudden I'll be half way through nightmare and be loathing the idea I need to post 1000 screenshots to get a thread caught up.


Hardcore
P8 at all times
Must use physical damage Javelin/Spear skills(Jab, Fend, Impale).

Going to try a few things differently than last walk:
1. Use Spears instead of Javelins. Javelin + Shield will still be allowed, I just don't currently plan on it.
2. Use Fend + Impale more since they are better with D2R patches.
3. Raise Inner Sight instead of Penetrate. That way it benefits my Mercenary and Valk as well.


Goals:
Hell Baal
Make BOTD in an Ethereal Elite Spear.
Get Anni and Zon torch or die trying.

Build I have in mind before venturing too far into Hell:
Up'd Hone Sudan + Hustle Armor. Hone Sudan's CB will allow for better defensive armors, instead of CB items.
Frenzy Merc with Lawbringer + Hustle Sword + Treachery
Make sure I have close to, if not, MAX Lightning Resist.
SoE or Tgods
DR Helmet (Gaze, Rockstopper, or Shako)
Ravenfrost + Dwarfstar/Mana Leech/Angelics dunno yet!
Boots will be for resists, likely. Aldurs might be nice.
Ammy..subject to whatever i find... We'll see...


I'm optimistic, hopefully playing without shield doesn't end me too fast!
