I'm doing a full clear single pass HC P8 challenge and just had a Pul drop in Durance level one, but I didn't think the Monster levels were high enough until Act 4. Anyone else ever had an earlier one?

Griswold (Tristram, NM) and Smith (Barracks, NM) can drop up to Vex without Terrorzone active

usual mobs such as flip flaps can drop Pul from Act2 NM and onwards

Dark Shape - wraith5 (NM) Flayer Dungeon Level 1 1:21879 (P8)

Ty for that info. I was leaping mad circles letting Emilio kill a double elite pack of dolls and couldnt tell if it came from one of them or the barrels i was inadvertently smashing, but was confused as heck.

I have gotten a Pul in D2Lod vs 1.10 from forge if that helps.

Earliest I've ever hit one is a clickable in act 3 nm.
