Additional Info

No plans on the builds that will be used.
Will start as a pure summoner until it doesn't work anymore.
The first challenge will be to complete the game.
I plan on enjoying the journey!

LET'S BEGIN !

Our First Encounter with Evil: Corpsefire
In the shadows, Corpsefire awaited us, its twisted form reeking of corruption. Its death would restore some semblance of safety to the Rogues Camp.

Once a proud member of the Sisterhood of the Sightless Eye, Blood Raven is now corrupted by the evil she once vowed to vanquish, her soul, twisted and lost, must now be freed. It is time to grant her final peace.

The Fallen scream his name before charging headlong into battle: Rakanishu.
Even as my wolves tear their flesh apart, the name still echoes in the air. In this, demons are not so different from us—honoring the names of their fallen heroes and champions.

After hours of marching through the Dark Wood, I saw it: the sacred Tree of Inifuss.
Once lifeless, it had now broken free from the clutches of darkness. I could feel the magic radiating from it, and as I approached cautiously, an enormous creature from the otherworld charged at me with terrifying speed: Treehead Woodfist.
Once again, evil found Nature ready to strike back...

Thanks! I really like the druid, but never in 10+ years took the time to complete the game with him properly.
I also thought the challenge would have been funnier with him :)

Akara was able to decipher an important scroll found at the sacred Tree of Inifuss.

I immediately made my way to the Cairn Stones, and after performing the ritual flawlessly, the portal to the city of Tristram opened...

Killing demons and monsters brings me no remorse,
but seeing those who were once ordinary people twisted into vile, unholy beings is different.
Griswold, once the blacksmith of Tristram, came to greet me—only to meet his end by my hand.

I managed to free a man from the demons' captivity in Tristram: Deckard Cain.
Deckard Cain is a Horadric scholar, well-versed in ancient lore and the history of the arcane. His knowledge and wisdom will be invaluable in the battle against evil.

I also found a manuscript during my hunt. It spoke of a tower, the resting place of The Countess and her treasures.
I went to investigate and uncovered yet another place infested by evil. A massacre well received by Nature, I am certain.

The darkness that has fallen upon these lands has an origin, and it lies within the once-holy Monastery, formerly guarded by the Sisterhood of the Sightless Eye. That is where we now head.

The deeper we venture, the thicker the darkness becomes. As I passed through the Prison, I encountered a brutal demon: The Smith.
It seemed he was guarding the Horadric Malus, a powerful enchanted tool that has remained in the wrong hands for far too long.

The Monastery, once a symbol of light and protection, now stood as a monument to decay, overrun by the foulest of demons.
Every step brought us closer to the source of this darkness, a place tainted beyond measure.
As we neared the Inner Cloister, the air grew heavy with malice, thick with the stench of evil.

On the fourth and final floor, one of the Lesser Evils awaited us: Andariel, the Maiden of Anguish herself.
Her twisted beauty radiated torment, and the very air trembled with her malevolence. Poison dripped from her claws, and her laughter echoed like a symphony of agony.
This was no ordinary foe—she embodied the anguish of countless souls.
Yet, I stood resolute, knowing that only by confronting her could we cleanse this place and strike a blow against the forces of Hell.

End of Act I.

With the fall of Andariel, the Maiden of Anguish, a great victory was won, but the war was far from over. The lands we left behind began to heal, yet the true source of the darkness still lay ahead, waiting to be confronted. The path to the East had been reopened, and I chose to join a caravan led by Warriv, a seasoned master of the road whose knowledge of the harsh deserts would be invaluable.
Together, we set out toward Lut Gholein, also known as the Jewel of the Desert. The unknown terrors of the East awaited, and our journey had only just begun.

At the gates of Lut Gholein, we were welcomed by Jerhyn, ruler of the Jewel of the Desert. However, it was Atma, a grieving resident, who revealed the true danger lurking beneath the city: Radament the Fallen, a mummified Horadric sorcerer, possessed by a demon. His presence poisoned the sewers below, feasting on human flesh.
There was no time to waste, not with such evil so close to the people of Lut Gholein. The task was clear: Radamenthad to be destroyed.

Radament was nothing compared to the true threat we now face.Baal, Lord of Destruction, was imprisoned long ago by theHoradrimand sealed within an ancient tomb. Now, it appears that the Dark Wanderer is headed there—and that can only mean one thing: Baal's prison is in danger of being shattered.

The Horadrim, in their wisdom, created two layers of protection to prevent anyone from reaching Baal. The first barrier was that access to the chamber required an artifact of great power—an Horadric Staff.
To further confuse any who dared seek it, they placed Baal's tomb among six False Tombs, hidden deep within the desert sands.

We now stand at the threshold of a critical task: to forge the Horadric Staff once more. For this, we will need three sacred items: the Horadric Cube, the Amulet of the Viper, and the Staff of Kings.
Only then can we hope to stand a chance against the growing darkness.

________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Time is slipping away, and we must reach Tal Rasha's Tomb before Baal breaks free from his ancient prison.
The key to our journey lies in the Horadric Cube, hidden within the cursed depths of the Halls of the Dead. Bloodwitch the Wild, a twisted guardian of dark power, stood watch over it.
Yet, before her wickedness could even reach me, my wolves tore through her as if she were nothing more than a fleeting shadow.
Now, with the cube in our possession, we inch ever closer to unlocking the secrets that will lead us to Baal's tomb.

The Staff of Kings was hidden deep within the Sand Maggot Lair, a labyrinthine network of tunnels carved by the relentless Sand Maggots.Narrow passages did little to hinder my advance toward the prize I sought. As I delved deeper, I discovered a vast chamber, and there, ruling over her domain, was the queen of the lair: Coldworm the Burrower, a fearsome Maggot Queen.
It is my sacred duty to cleanse this blighted place in the name of Nature. With her defeat, we have now secured the Staff of Kings and made a further step toward our final goal.

I pressed onward into the desolate region known as the Lost City when, without warning, the sky went black.
A sudden solar eclipse cast the land into darkness, and I knew at once this was not Nature’s doing. I returned swiftly to Lut Gholein, seeking counsel from Drognan, a renowned Vizjerei sorcerer.
Without hesitation, he identified the source of this unnatural event: the vile Claw Viper clan.
Acting swiftly on his advice, I made my way to the Claw Viper Temple to stop their ritual and retrieve the Amulet of the Viper, essential for forging the Horadric Staff. Time was of the essence.

With the Horadric Staff now crafted, I was preparing for the next phase of my journey when chaos erupted around me.
Citizens and Jerhynhimself came to me in a state of panic—an infernal horde had breached the lower levels of the palace, where many had sought refuge. The cries of terror and the smell of sulfur filled the air.
There was no time to waste. I had to act swiftly and descend into the depths, for the safety of Lut Gholein rested in my hands.

I trampled hundreds of abominations within the palace halls, cutting through wave after wave of demonic filth.
Clearly, something had allowed these creatures to flood the lower levels. Then I found the source—a portal, hidden deep beneath the palace itself.
Without hesitation, I stepped through and emerged into the Arcane Sanctuary. I recognized it at once: this was no ordinary place, but a labyrinth of sorcery crafted by the powerful Vizjerei mage, Horazon.
Long ago, he created this sanctuary to shield himself from the wrath of demons—demons he had enslaved to do his bidding within these very walls.
Now, it seems their vengeance still lingers, waiting for those foolish enough to enter.

There was a chance that Horazonhimself, perhaps corrupted by dark forces, still controlled this sanctuary.
I steeled myself for the possibility of facing a mighty Vizjerei sorcerer. But what I encountered was no more than a pitiful imitation of the once-great mage. The battle was swift, and this shadow of Horazon was easily vanquished. As the air cleared, I came upon a manuscript penned by Horazon's own hand. In it, the true location of Tal Rasha’s tomb was revealed, bringing me ever closer to confronting the evil that lurked within.

In the true tomb of Tal Rasha, I discovered the ancient mechanism that would open the chamber where Baal was imprisoned.
With the Horadric Staff in hand, I inserted it into the device, and a beam of radiant light struck the wall, revealing a hidden passage. As I ventured through, I came face to face with Duriel, the Lord of Pain, another of the Lesser Evils. His immense strength and frost aura filled the chamber, but the forces of Nature, under my command, answered his challenge. His icy grasp could not stop the inevitable, and soon, Duriel fell to my might.

Yet, my victory was hollow. After defeating Duriel, I rushed to the chamber where Tal Rasha's body—Baal’s prison—should have been. But I was too late. The chains were broken, and Baal, the Lord of Destruction, was now free to walk the earth once more.

With Duriel’s defeat, the region could finally breathe again, beginning the slow process of healing from its many wounds.
After bidding farewell to the people of Lut Gholein, I heeded Deckard Cain’s counsel and set my course for the city of Kurast—though what awaited me was but a shadow of its former self. Evil had swept through the region, and the last remnant of its defenders had retreated to the Kurast Docks. It was from this stronghold, a flickering light in the overwhelming darkness, that I would begin the next chapter of my quest to eradicate the evil that plagued the land.

Though the Lesser Evils I had faced until now were fearsome, they were mere shadows compared to the adversary awaiting me in this forsaken region.

One of the three Prime Evils, Dul'Mephistos, the Lord of Hatred, had taken residence deep within the sacred city of Travincal, in a temple that once served as his prison. Now, this cursed temple was guarded by those who were meant to be his jailers: the High Council of Zakarum, spiritual leaders of the Zakarum faith.
However, over time, they fell victim to Mephisto's corrupting power, becoming his twisted servants.
All but one—Que-Hegan Khalim, Great Patriarch of Zakarum and the highest divine authority of the Zakarum faith, remained untainted. For his defiance, Khalim was brutally slain, his body dismembered and his remains scattered across the land by Mephisto’s decree. Yet his spirit endures.

If I can gather Khalim’s sacred relics, we will forge the key to break the seal and descend into the Durance of Hate, where Mephisto awaits. There, I will face the Prime Evil himself and strike at the heart of darkness.
