Best barb gear for a twinked walk through?

Wanting to start a second char on singlet player but not sure what to use for a weapon mainly. Hoping to melee whole way through and not sing.

Usually you can find elite/exceptional rares which are awesome for very low lvl. I used those on my barb.

Also check out low lvl setts, civerb sword is great dmg if I can recall
