was killing stuff in outer steppes terrorized zone and game said diablo entered sanctuary.. cleared entire area.. went over and cleared plains of dispair because i killed izual prior to outer steppes zone.. went to hephesto .. went to cold plains bishibosh guy there.. still roaming around but i do not know where the guy is. does it just say that on single player sometimes or idk if being in terrorized zone made it weird?
