Is it possible to make a viable poison dart sin?

pure poi dmg on a sin when using a sin skill is underwhelming.

venom + poi dmg % gear + a poi non-sin skill is wild tho.

it's because venom's standard duration is .2 seconds. its meant as a high DPS per frame attack that is a short duration. but when you put it thought a poi skill like dagger or plague java (gargoyle's bite unique) it stretches the duration out but keeps the DPS.
