At , sorry dude! I feel your pain. I found a unique corona off TZ countess yesterday. She rolled 1os, 10dr and 28@res. I was so disappointed that I sat in town for 20 minutes trying to shake off the malaise.

i started last week here in my summer vacation
Prob played around ~30-40hours so far.

I'm in hell so I ru. P3-p5. Runs are insanely slow anything above that.

I think NM terrorized Andy can drop all of these.

If you want to speed up the process, set your computer clock to be NM terrorized Andy hour and rerun her. Get to LK hell with a 2 campfire map and run a few thousand runs, you'll get enough to make a cta. Beat hell baal and run hell terrorized Andy and she can literally drop everything once you're char lvl 91.

This would be most efficient use of time. I did this and I geared up pretty fast. Feels a little odd playing with the clock, but you've still got to kill the monsters which is the name of the game.
