Goals:
Defeat Hell Diablo
After I defeat Diablo on Hell and full clear Hell Cows, I will convert it to Expansion where I already have 4/5 pieces of Tal's Set from several (failed) walkthru's in the past. Only missing Tal's armor.
I will always play on /players8 even on reruns (of which there won't be many). I'll try to include as many screenshots as I can especially on nice rare items since that's the most fun thing about classic. Not much else to do on classic, is there?
About my skills, I plan to start with fireball and eventually get frozen orb to deal with some fire immunes in NM, and then eventually respec to a tri-sorc by the time I hit Act 2 Hell. I will eventually respec (I'm thinking after I finish Act 1 Hell) to firewall/frozen orb/nova. In order to make this work, I'd also need to find a couple +5 skill staves (i.e. +5 Nova staff, +5 firewall staff) to deal with some of the toughest monsters in late game. Since +5 frozen orb staves aren't possible on classic, I'd have to make frozen orb as strong as I can on its own. I also hope to find a tarnhelm and either a soj or +1 sorc skills / prismatic amulet. Every +1 skill I can get will help a lot on classic.
