Treachery for Fade proc, but Guardian Angel as main Armor/Can use D Shell as well?
Draculs/Have bloodfist if better
BK Ring/Dwarf Star
T-Gods belt
Gore rider/Have goblin toe if better?

54 fire Res 50 Light res
23 Cold res 42 poison res

Am I good to /p 1 ubers?

Merc has insight/vgaze/shafstop

e/ do I need life tap wand if I have Draculs?

you should have CBF from some gear slot, either Cham rune or ravenfrost ring or duriels shell
shield could definitely be upgraded, any elite shield with good block and some base res will (and possibly a cheap runeword like spirit) will be huge
grief/gores/guillaumes provide enough damage
maras is a nice add for resists. since you run conviction aura yourself, the additional ias from HL is not needed
tgods and draculs are fine
you could go for a life tap wand to start the fight and then wait for lt procs from dracs. or just use potions until the first proc
you might replace one of the rings with ravenfrost to get a better armor, but they are good enough

Just found a 4os gilded shield, could add 4 p diamonds or spirit what do you think?

i'd go for spirit. gives a bunch of res as well, 2 skills adds to your damage, you get more life and mana
if you absolutely need the res for mephisto, you can run lightning res aura or salvation when fighting him. i usually still use conviction and just tank his attacks and heal back up via tap, but that is on a geared char that can take a few hits

Aim For Coh Or Fort, Last Wish, Kira's, You Definitely Need Res Eth Exile And Tri Res boots or Gores.

Bk ring or dwarf star does nothing to you, use double ravens for cbf+40 dex, helps with block
Draculs are fine but i urge you to use lifetap wand-it's so much more convinient than waiting for 5% of draculs to proc. Cast lifetap, smite and than draculs just gonna procc eventually. Happened more than one time that i completely killed ubermephisto before draculs would proc.
In inventory just put all res charms, or lgt res charms. The only real danger is ubermeph crit hit.
Shield zaka with pdia, griswold shield with 3 pdia, elite shield with 40 allres 4 socket pdia is all good. Your res should give at least 90 allres.

Im pretty sure if you get to 275% lite/cold res (Or 300) you can just use fanaticism to fight Uber Mephisto and still have 75@ res (or 90@res) despite his conviction.
