What is the max a small charm can roll.

Toying with an exploding arrow zon and really wanna beef up the fire dmg.

The small charm wouldnt directly impact your exploding arrow damage.

It would just add the stated fire damage to the physical arrow being shot on its one monster it hits.

If you want to directly increase your exploding arrow damage. You want bow skill GCs
