I've decided to try some new things;
1. A WW barb
2. Classic mode

This combo should lead to some rough roads.
I am running hardcore P8 on the switch.

With A1 in the books, I've decided to share/document my journey.

10 runs of Andy and we are set with all rare items, some cute rings for sure.

Aye, not sure if you’ve played classic before but when you hit level 30 and get ww, it’s pretty insane, it works way differently than LOD mechanics.

Hardest part is getting level 30, then you’ll rip through shit if you have a decent weapon, some Ll and Ml

Last I touched it I was a kid as well and do not remember much.
Should be fun

I figured out images with switch.
Killed Rad and got a double skill. (Lvl + Q)
Switch is dying, work soon.
Will be back in the morning to find cube.

On classic; ww slaps super fast. Faster than max ias ww on lod.

IIRC, it’s a set frame rate. Don’t need any ias, doesn’t matter if you’re dual wielding. It just slaps at the same speed (so 2 handed is recommended)

Double swing and respec at 30 and go mace (maul-martel)

Found halls entrance, made TP, turned corner and found WP. Plus Far Oasis entrance just beyond that, sick map roll so far.

Gloom Pox was a tough battle, didn't take much damage personally but a solid 4 minutes of swinging. Meanwhile Haseen reliving the Uber EXP glitch, skellys wouldn't stop spawning!

Found the cube with a nice little chipped skull.

For unique monsters the kill strategy is; Leap Attack, Howl, bash till it breaks.
For regulars I run in circles for bunches then spam Leap Attack.

No close calls yet, knock on wood.

Update

Did 5 more Andy runs. Some sweet RnG.
Rare ring and chipped topaz from dead rouge? Ended up being an upgrade to current set up.

And my first unique! Low roll but an upgrade nonetheless.

After finding that I decided to run to the staff to finish off my day.








Current stats/skills, obv will respec at 30. I can hear the BO! So close
