So here's the gist:

I would make a MF/GF zerk/frenzy barb and playthrough the game like normal. Throughout the progression WT and MF runs during mid game, I will host Gambling Challenges (GCs). These GCs will range from free buy-ins to small buy-ins (somewhere between 1-20 FG depending on the rarity in order to create a pot like the lotto) for a chance to win the pot. I would also add my own FG to the pot for incentives. Or it would be just standard payouts depending on the challenge of course. Some examples of GCs would be this:

Countess Roulette
Normal (El-Ral [8 runes])

1 FG buy-in

Single rune selections: if your rune drops; payout= the ratio of chance to drop rounded down.
Odds or Evens (each rune will have a number value assocatied with it [via the order of upping runes]; if a rune drops that has a value that is your chosen ODD/EVEN; payout= 2 FG
If multiple drop then it will top-most rune drop shown when I "show items/drops" will be the one considered as the drop

WT's first Set item and Unique item drop
Normal

Free buy-in

payout= 25 FG

Mid-game Gheed's Casino
Nightmare

buy-in is 3 FG

I'll buy a full inventory amount of rings, you tell me your bet on how many rings will be rare/unique/set (non-magic)

payout= The entire pot (split amongst multiple winners if that's the case) plus an extra 15 or so from me. And we will play with The Price is Right's rules, so closest guess wins w/out going over

Normal-->Hell

You have to tell me before I complete Act I (deaths prior to Andariel doesn't count cause I can just remake the WT w/ ease) what Act AND difficulty the Gambling Character will die first (I can rerun the character any time if the community wants). Or if I don't die at all and am able to kill Baal (Hell)! However, the WT will have restrictions (illustrated below)!!

payout= 100 FG

WT's progress restrictions:

Frenzy/Zerk Barbarian
Every single piece of gear must have AT LEAST a MF% mod and/or a GF% mod (EXCLUDING WEAPONS)
SSF HC
/P8 on all progression w/ GCs and reruns being /P1-8 pending on what is being run
In order to proceed from Normal-->NM, I must have at least 100% MF; and NM-->Hell, I must have at least 400% MF (or something along those lines)

And there will be many more GCs in addition to the examples illustrated above that will involve progression, MF/XP runs, and gamblings.

I just want to create a community WT that is interactive and entertaining for every person here who enjoys this classic game

But I also have not read the ToS and am too lazy so idk if it's even permitted lol.

Edit: And as I think about this more, I don't want to take everyone's FG lmao in case ppl never win. So maybe I'll do all of the gambles as FREE and if y'all wanna donate some FG to keep the run alive in case I run out of FG, then that's cool. Y'alls call. Thought it seemed like a fun idea to have an interactive WT with everyone
