Crescent moon + spirit or Dual Plagues

what do u think is best for damage and survivability?

Cmoon spirit especially for hardcore. You'd have no business getting hit to activate lower res, and the -35 res from cmoon means you do comparable damage (and significantly more vs. immunes)
