Hi,

i'm currently trying to find a good defensive setup for Hell Hardcore, therefore i'm studying all possbile Unique Monster Affixes and possible deadly combinations.

I don't know how to calculate Fire Enchanted Death Explosion, because i find different explanations:

https://www.theamazonbasin.com/wiki/index.php?title=Fire_Enchanted

Upon death the Unique explodes, applying physical and fire damage based on a percentage of the maximum life of a normal monster of the Unique level.

Code

Stat Normal Nightmare Hell
Fire Damage 5.625-9.375% 3.5-5.833% 0.375-0.625%
Physical Damage 5.625-9.375% 3.5-5.833% 0.375-0.625%
Total Damage 11.25-18.75% 7-11.66% 0.75-1.25%
Radius (Yards) 2 2/3 3 1/3 4

Fandom tells something different:

https://diablo.fandom.com/wiki/Fire_Enchanted?so=search

Code
Upon death, the fire enchantment will cast Corpse Explosion, causing 75% to 100% of the Unique's max hit points as damage in a radius of 4 yards

So, how to calculate the damage? Which site is right? Base max Life of the normal Monster version of the Unique or max Life of the actual Unique? Double and Triple Explosion still possble if the Enemy is also Lightning/Cold enchanted? Or did the remove that?

Cheers

I don't know the answer, but thanks for the post.
A while ago I wanted to read through Monster Things.
