Not sure what else i'm meant to do. Joined many games at this point, everyone has the quest, and it won't drop. Kiling champ packs in spider forest/whole of act 3. Any advice?

By golden bird i assume you mean jade figurine? Nothing else to do besides kill champs/elite packs. Make fresh game and kill trav usually works.

Yes. Trying to get it on a level 1, so i need someone else to kill the mob to get it while i assist them with a high level. Problem is that i've done multiple games, and its never dropped in those games with basically a full clear of a3.
