Multiple shot:

91-92 % chance to hit terrorized mobs giving me the need to use mana pots, no problem outside terrorized where i have 95 % to hit everything.

Is it possible to get 100 % hit whit MS? how much ar do we need to get 95 % hit in terrorized?

In town whit faith 15 2 3 and my current gear + invent i have 27523 Attack rating whit MS

Not sure it’s possible to get 100% on mobs with higher ilevel than your character

Posted same thread in d2r and got answer that 95 % is max.
