To keep myself busy, looking for all failed unique items in the game, starting from the top down. This is in addition to all uniques, sets, eth uniques, and runes. I will consider the grail complete when all items uniques and sets are found, but will continue to search for the rest as a long term goal of the character. The eth grail is of course likely an impossible task, but will continue to track it.

I am not sure it's possible. It would either need to drop in some extremely impossible situation, for example, you would have to have a single game where both Tyrael's and Templar's has already dropped and then another "unique" sacred would have to drop and be eth. Or some weird situation of monster level/TC cap level and a unique sacred dropping, but failing and being eth. Or some weird situation in between... at least that is my "understanding" of how this could drop?
