Failed Unique Lacquered Plate (TC 84 failed unique)... I have decided while looking for Tyrael's to keep myself busy... I want to start finding all the failed uniques. I have found all the TC87 failed uniques aside from Guardian Crown as I just forgot that was a TC87 base, so I will start picking those up. But now I want to find all the TC84s and will go down the list from there).
