Uhm... I'm not sure what I wanna run right now. I should probably do The Pits but I need a break from it. The Sur rune got me a bit motivated. Perphaps LK again ^^

why fire golem and why 20 golem mastery?
U need to boost ur survivability vs melee so 20 into bone wall as a synergy for bone armour, 1 to golem mastery and 1 to clay golem (clay is muuuch better due to higher life and + slow which turns every deadly monster into a phat slowpoke)

btw - i'd use that heavy belt cuz it gives 30fhr.
Not having any fhr = death when u accidently get into some serious troubles...

1 pt clay golem + 1 pt mastery =~ 1pt fire golem + 20 mastery - when it comes to tanking
while u can make ur bone armour 2x more durable with that spare 20 points

Lowers Fire resistance, Corpse Explosion is 50% fire and 50% physical! :)

I don't know where you've gotten this info but it's very out of date. Several patches out of date.

With 20 Golem Mastery my:
Fire Golem has 5929 health
Iron Golem has 5929 health
Blood Golem has 3822 health
Clay Golem has 4573 health

I've also already written about this a while back in the thread. Without 20 GM golems wouldn't tank shit in /p8, Clay Golem the least of them all. The slow is nice, I agree, but a 1 pt GM + 1 pt Clay Golem wouldn't take more than one hit in Hell. Maybe two on Fallens ^^

Fire Golem is also useful for its absorb. Tanks a lot of stuff because of it. Council Members and Diablo for example.

Bone Armor gives me 10 points of reduction per level spent. 20 skill points for 200 damage absorbed? No thank you :)

Don't forget conviction also lowers enemy defense, making it useful for both of CE's damage types ;)

I 've just checked and u r right, he has a lot more life than clay...
it stucked in my memory that clay has the highest life poll... i remember from the old patches that with 1 pt into clay/mastery he could reach over 8k life...
yeah there are some areas where fire absorb might be usefull but baal, anci and many more monsters can be totally nerfed with combo of clay + decrep. I suggest to use it in hawt moments.
U can also use clay at the beginning of the fight and after his first hit summon fire one and switch them when monster gets back to his normal speed again.
Bone armour gives 10 pt but its synergies bwall/prison gives 15 so its a half more... Id divide that 20 points between barm and golem mastery. 1-2 hits more absorbed by bone armour can save your ass.
But ofc its just my personal viev... ur doing fine so far so u probably KNOW HAT U R DOING;)
