Cb gloves are bad on bow since there's a penalty on cb for ranged attacks that makes it only 50% chance of the actual cb you have.

Better craft knockback gloves. You're looking for 20ias kb 2bow/passive 15dex 15str. But you're better of farming nm mephisto for sander gloves/sigon 2 set piece.

E: didn't notice you already had sander gloves. So don't waste craft material until you're higher level of say. Bis would be Laying of Hands anyway.

Would multi arrow get the knockback on every single arrow or does it work for the middle arrows just like it does for crit damage?
