Highest rune from nm LK is Lem. You can get them from there easily. Around 200-400 runs should be enough.
If you are lucky, you can find Um from nm CS forwards. I think WSK 3 can drop up to Lo approx (once i found Vex from Lister)
Just grind nm LK for Ko’s and Lem’s
E: i wanted to say that in 200-400 runs you would be able to cube up to Lem if one doesn’t drop by itself
