Too anyone who says zephyhr is bad it really isnt at this point
Most of your dmg is probably not physical but from freezing arrow (cold arrow whatever) so higher ias rules

phys dmg is still needed. more ias with no dmg is just more mana drain.
I like a lot that rare bow from anya. Imo even edge isnt better, once you will upgrade it to ceremonial bow (careful with str req!)
