Meph is such a grind... It's like killing him for the first time every time... like 5-6 minutes per fight

meh

I decided to hire an Offensive merc for the extra damage. This way I don't need to use a bow or melee in order to down meph. It just takes longer. Much safer though.

Threw andy in the rotation for a little bit. She goes down much easier than meph, but she hits way harder. Life tap wand is a must to kill her.

don't really have anything good to go in this armor, but I know that Lightning enchanted mobs tend to kill my merc faster, so 2x Orts it is.

I decided that magic finding at this point just isn't worth it. It takes entirely too long to kill a boss. I can progress without much trouble, so why not just do it. I can come back to Meph and Andy when I have more level ups.

Maybe I will find some upgrades on the way to act 5 too!

merc is handling these lightning mobs well now! :thumbsup:

So I didn't get a chance to screenshot my forge drops, as I got swarmed quickly. I picked up the rune then teleported out asap.

I have never seen my merc die so fast. these guys are incredibly powerful. I couldn't even static them because they would unfreeze and one shot him. Pure glacial spikes while he melee'd them down.

This group was a nightmare as well. I had to try and split them up into mini groups and static/freeze them so merc wouldn't die. Life tap was a must here as well.
