I'm not quite sure yet. Originally I wanted to use a might merc and do the freezing myself with Frost Nova.
That worked great in normal and it also works good at my first steps in NM. But in real tough situations, when you
need freezed enemies the most, it often gets hard. So I am rethinking about it atm. Maybe I could use Glacial Spike...
But the range is to low I think. Another option would be lvl 1 Blizzard... Could cast that from behind, number of
affected monsters is quite good AND it forces them into a fhr animation...
So... not sure atm

e: could be a nice for killing immunes on hell if maxed + points in Cold mastery, but maybe thats too hybrid for you FO ench combination was in my mind when I was writing my own Sorc WT sometime ago

Don't forget that might merc would strengthen the merc aswell...
I'd opt for the u:frost nova merc:frost aura -option

Yes ofc it would, but Frozen Orb needs lots of skillpoints to reach. Blizzard can do chilling, fhr animation, needs 1 skill less and I could fight while blizzards works.
About the hybrid: fact is, I need smth vs fireimmunes. Just let merc do the job is boring. My favorite choice would be getting enough light dmg by using a Phaseblade with 6 ort runes + light dmg charms + Lightning Mastery.
I don't know, if that will be enough tho. If not, I will try a hybrid but with Blizzard not with Frozen Orb.

Tbh a might merc would strengthen the merc only!
My phys dmg will be to low to benefit from his aura. So I'm not sure if its worth it... maybe a defiance merc would be an option, too.

Found a Sol rune somewhere on my way to Bloodraven. So with this 2 sock circ I made
this Lore for precasting.


Forgot to provide a stat and skill screen after completing Normal
So, here it is with one additional level + the Lore. That is in town, so without the ba aura of merc.
