Naaah just kidding, really enjoy reading this, but is the poison very effective? Or do you rely more on your bow?

I had the exact same thing happen in my walkthrough! I was upset

The poison isn't effective at all
Especially against undead...they seems to have over others more psn res
Even mobs with low resist rarely die by only psn...and however they do slowly...this means that it's important to gain time in fights because in short period mobs dps > mine
I would rely on bow if I had a good one...atm I think that merc is decisive in killing...this means that against big group I have to run back often to ensure aggro on decoy/valk to save him




Anyway, don't worry guys! Tonight I'm defitenely gonna kill Baal and step into Hell difficulty

How to kill a huge Boss with a low dps? Patience
As you probably already read in the early posts I'm relying a lot on merc dps... But he is so weak..how to do?
After few attempts I believe I found how his AI works. It seems like he is mostly like to take interest in the following order: valk -> main char -> merc (he ignores decoy)
Knowing this I managed to save merc from the 2 most annoying attacks (the freezing wave and the mana-burning flame),always taking the spot around Baal, opposite to merc. Even his teleport doesn't seem to be casual...he always try to appear where all enemies are in the same direction.
In the whole fight merc died only once because I was too far to gain attention I suppose
Still the low dps doesn't allow me to kill Baal copy...I had to use a trick here ...going to town make the copy disappear most of the times

And these are the thoughts on the longest battle up to now
