do you play 100% legit?

all i see is lvl 97 and tons of hr's and some extras like diaclone, itemlvl, bigger stash
so i'm wondering if you get faster exp and have a better rune droprate or 100% legit?

No bigger drop rate lol He is lvl 97, means he has played a ton.
