Not how any unique works, for that matter. Unique armor with enhanced defense always spawns with max base defense +1, but the modifiers can vary. That's why people don't up Vampire Gaze, as a Grim it has a base of 125 def but when you up it then the base actually rolls and can vary from 100-157. Corona is 111-165 base, so CoA will spawn as 166 base

166 x 1.5 + 136 = 384.5 which rounds to 384.

His says 352.

Go Google pictures of CoA. A perfect one will be 399. Any that have less than +150 defense slide back from there. I can't find examples that don't have base defense maxed. You won't find one under 349 def
