Find in NM (farm Meph):
Raven
Gface
Butchers Pupil/Headstriker

E/ also, if you can make a ‘Treachery’ for yourself, this will aid tremendously with survival in Hell

So how's everyone doing today? Making a great brocolli soup with celery, garlic, onions, and tons of cheese

Sounds great! I hope it was a nice mature Stilton  Any other kind of soups you like to make? Brocolli and Stilton is one of my favs to be sure, but have a homemade spiced sweet potato/red lentil that I'm very fond of.

I've got really hooked on Eggs Benedict lately. Most of the time can't be bothered to make my own Hollandaise (don't know if y'all ever tried, but for an amateur cook like me it is a right pain in the rear), but got pretty good at the egg poaching :P Temperature is key. Want the water just simmering. Add a touch of vinegar too, and of course stir the water to make a nice mini-whirlpool to drop the eggs in to, helps to keep the whole thing together.

I'm not familiar with Stilton. It was a simple sharp cheddar, 16 ounches of it  The recipe is nothing fancy, just a lot of chopping broccoli/celery/garlic/onions. I recently perfected (Not really perfected lol) the right way to chop/dice an onion and it saves LOADS of time.

Same with Garlic and getting them peeled. It may not seem like much, but I was a mac n cheese, hotpocket, frozen burrito, refried beans + chips type of "cook" and don't have much in my repertoire so it was exciting to me & I really want to get into cooking.

Actually thinking about taking a culinary class or two just to learn outside of basic home cooking.

Ribeye steaks will be for dinner tonight with garlic and a touch of thyme :)
Panseared then I shall throw it in the oven to finish cooking once I have a nice crust!

Ahh! It is a British, blue-veined, semi-hard cheese. Quite pungent and tangy, dang when it goes in a brocolli soup... a match made in heaven!

That's great man, soup is a great way to start. You can pretty much invent your own rules ^_^ I got really in to cooking maybe four or five years ago, and it is both very satisfying and addictive!

Interested in your method of chopping/dicing onions! Guessing you already found the method of bashing the garlic clove with the side of the knife, to get the paper off quickly? I was so excited when I discovered that, haha, saved me a lot of prep time!

Ribeye steaks  Damn you're getting me hungry now!
