That is interesting. Don't get me wrong, it isn't a "hey, you are a noob it should be one hit lol" message.
Last time i did uber tristram was on battle.net and probably like 7-8 years ago. Most of my memories coming from when it became an actual THING so you can imagine.
And my memories told me that it is really hard, duriel and izuel are fine but lilith and tristram itself is a nightmare.
Therefore before i decided i need some torches in SP, i was afraid how it's gonna go down.
To be said, i had some items which are "premium" or "hard to find". Eg, i used enigma but honestly i doubt that's giving much for survivability or dmg, i simply used it to tele around (and i was lucky enough to find jah and ber rune in 2 days)
The other item which was somewhat special (i did not know that time) was a Griswold shield. Still, i'm not sure that's the best shield for ubers, but it's the one i used and i've been told it's a rare find so i thought i highlight it.
Rest of my gear are very common;
Wep: Black rw in flail
Helm: Gulli
Amu: Highlords
Belt: SoE (+tgod)
Ring1: Ravenfrost 15dex
Ring2: Dwarf Star
Gloves: Some random rare with 20 ias+adds
Shoes: Gore rider
Switch: lifetap wand+spirit
Inv: anni+bunch of resistant charms, especially lighting.
