Once u get a good merc weapon move on imo
U excited to complete first full merc wt?

Just suprised ive made it that far. His insight was made in act 1 cold plains and was able to kill nightmare Baal with it. Its definitely a lot more fun then doing a normal walk thru that I've failed time after time on. I would really hate to see how rough it would be without merc and be full Golem only.

I think I need to be in crypt and mausoleum to find my merc polearm base and a treachery base.. Pretty much wasting my time at shenk,eldrich, pindleskin.

Unfortunately I havent really found any good runes, 1 ko and 1 fal the rest have been amn,sol,shael,io.

it works with valk and shadow, should work all the same with golem. maybe try casting farther away ?

Hit level 75 playing in cold plains. Killed boshibosh about 6 times on p8, nothing even descent. Tried mausoleum once and it took forever to kill any of them, merc needs to have a wep upgrade.
I really need to upgrade my merc weapon so any ideals of how i could upgrade? Right now his insight has 240 (max) Damage.

Unique Ideals:
hone sundan ( 3 socket + 45% CB) or spire of honor (325-382 max damage)

Bases for obedience runeword:
Grim Scythe (max 6 sockets)

With my math it would hit around 260 max damage without the added stats. Roughly the same as insight but the CB & enchant > Critical Strike & unlimited mana at that point. Clay golem doesnt cost the whole mana ball so i could cast him 3-4 times before i would have to drink a pot i would think. Maybe at that point i could try for some mana regen items also.

Also try to get a LEM rune and make a treachery out of any descent armor i can find.

Its hard to horde all my progress gear like yall pluggy users, lol. so its hard for me to save up stuff. I've sold atleast 15 each of Thul,Sol,Amn,Shael because i dont have room to store and cube up. But i do have the Ko & Fal for the obedience just need base and Hel rune

You can farm threshers from mausoleum weapon racks

I cant really kill anything in mausoleum. Takes like a minute per monster, lol.
And if we hit a unique it kills my merc. Constantly getting physical immune.
