I re-rolled this great WP map after about 3-4 minutes. The subsequent levels of the Tower were not as great as this, but meh, they were average.


Then I installed this new mod called D4rkN3$$ to increase the difficulty of the game! (Actually I don't know what happened here but after I minimized it went away)


Yes, yes, YES!!! I may just have a reliable tank merc now. He died about 15x in NM before I found this armor.

I tried to make an Honor base for my merc, but it got 4os ..


Found a Shael and was able to make Rhyme. I'm going to try and get at least 51% block before entering Hell for the first time.

Geez, imagine having that on your merc in act 2 normal o.o

I now have 4 amulets to choose from!! Nokozan, 31% MF, 56 life/22 mana, and this.


Well, I didn't find 4 Ios. But I did find 2 Ios, 5 Hels, and 3+ Dols, which is just as good!

Went back to Normal to collect chipped gems for rune upgrades and buy a 2 socket BP for Smoke

New look is not too bad


And here are my stats in act 1 NM, just after the Countess.

Notes: I just need 1x flawless emerald in order to upgrade my merc's weapon. I'll s/s his stats when I find it. Currently running with the life/mana amulet and FR/MF boots in this SS... But I may change to the 31% MF amulet + 30% frw boots.

This is where I'm at currently (LR curse is level 3 or 4 atm. I'm going to bring it up to level 5 base which will help while I have bad gear, and will bring it to -60% after items once I have full Trang's.

Oh, and almost immediately after posting this collage, I found the last flawless emerald I needed to upgrade Ip's sword.


Hopefully with Iron Pelt, a bit higher damage, and 9% LL he will stay alive now
