Or, if you have a reasonable map for Andy / Mephi, run those 2 a few times and ofcourse, travincal. At lvl 70 you are prolly strong enough to equip almost all MF items and still kill & survive NM.
With these last drops (coming update) I'm ready to move on thruogh Act 5, will end NM and then reroll my map for Meph, just to find Bartuc's! My current map(s) is not good for Meph but great for Andy.
But I see more potential drops from Meph compared to Andy.

Minor update!
Found some great stuff from just 3-4 Eldritch/Shenk, Meph and Andy reruns!
With these finds my thought are;
Progress through Act 5, with or without MF gear, then MF some more @ Eldritch/Shenk and Meph (when I've rerolled to that imba map
) to find those Bartuc's!
That is, if I don't find them on my way to Baal
First run! 
Decent roll, maybe I'll put 1 point into Fade to raise my Res?
My smoke went to Ilzan, he had a rare Breast Plate from Act 2 normal ^^
First time I find this helmet! Or, I did find one on B.net ages ago!
