I just killed nm baal and in act1 hell.

Do I need to complete the andy quest first?

What I did is :
1. My friend create game who completed act1 andy quest
2. I join game and kill andy, but quest is showed cannot complete
3. After killed andy, no automatically TP.

Yeah, you forgot to think.

How can you bug a quest when you cannot do the quest? You will have to do Andy again in any event, since you will not be allowed into A2 until you have it.

Yes, once she's bugged she's always bugged no matter how many games you make, or what you do in them.

FAQ's are there for a reason. read 'em.

The information is false actually. All you have to do is 1. Kill andy 2. Talk to Warriv in that same game. Whatever you do in between, before or after that, like travelling to a2, talking to cain etc. makes no difference.

does the char lvl effect the drop of i.e. Andy in bugged mode? => is there a difference between lvl75 mf soso doin Andy to lvl 90 sorc ?

Character level never has anything to do with what drops. Never ever ever.

The bolded part is completely wrong. If you talk to NPC's other than Cain or Warriv, you will kill the bug. Not sure about Gheed or Charsi, but feel free to try it. Anyone who thanks you for killing her basically completes the quest properly and the bug is dead.

late to the discussion but i just got a couple questions about andy glitching. i attempted a glitch while being rushed. i followed the instructions except that the rusher talked with an npc as i arrived in act2. make a difference? dunno. i proceded to test the glitch by doing 10 runs. out of all of them no gold has dropped, no white/grey items, no arrows/bolts. but a couple of times andy did drop gems, and once she dropped only 2 items (both rares). and once she dropped 4 blues and only 1 rare. a bit suspicious but i cant tell. is the glitch in affect in this case?
