I decided I wanted to make some Chaos and Baal runs but wanted to try out a build I theory crafted.

Chaos and Baal runs are riddled with Oblivion Mages that Decreptify you. Decreptify slows your attacks down. So I want to counter this for survivability sake.

According to the IAS calculator, I need 115% total IAS to hit 4 fpa Zeal
