Yeah basicly correct except you want lvl 9 Pierce with + skills and then use razortail so you might be forced to put some hard pts in Pierce. 100% pierce is op with lightning fury!
If you don't use razortail then aim for lvl 14 or 16 with +skills for 79 or 82% pierce. Also since you will respec after infy you can put some extra hard pts in decoy or valk if you don't think they tank good enough with just +skills and since you will crush the game even with like 10 less synergy skills.
