My opinion

Odds of rolling perf anni is still pretty low.

My maths may be wrong, but:

1/10 x 1/10 x 1/5 = 0.2%

or

1:324

Obviously much better than HR drop odds , but you'd expect to roll perf anni for every 324 Dclone kills.
