u may want to check and see nm meph drop rates for titans... maybe nm has higher drops (as long as you don't need anything that hell meph could drop....)

Time to time, Meph drops Maiden Javelin.
With 198mf, fifth maybe tenths javelins will be titans. nm meph die faster then hell-meph, so NMmeph my choice

Although, Infinity + CS will kill Hell meph extremely fast too, even on P8.

It's not worth it. Meph can drop some other cool uniques that might be good later on and exp is also something + chest drops/rune drops way better in hell Also chance to find titans in nightmare meph is 0.03% more than in hell meph
