I know it is too late but I just managed to get through this whole thread (you have to agree with me, it is fairly big).
Vs andariel what you could have done is put Gladiator's bane on your merc, sol / mal it vs her poison, give him nice head preferable with flat dr / mdr and he should be able to tank andarie while holding kelpie (so that she wouldn't be that much of a pain in butt side)l. Use Fire wall spell, simple because while any monster is on top of firewall they are under "cannot be healed" effect.
Congrats never the less, was really enjoyable read.
Maybe try to make a dreaming sorceress? (Dual dream zeal sorc, you already got cham for nice armor, just need some 15ias/15 all res jewels for epic armor)
