It would be much better than Rhyme, but do you really want to waste Socket Quest on Lidless?
I'd much rather save Socket Quests for end game equipment if I were you.

lidless not worth it
and that staff Looks actually really sick but imo spirit Sword + mosers or sth like that is better especially for hc
