NOPE - they are not - plugy is not a hero editor - you defo sound like one that never tried anything remotely single player wise

hero editor thou lets uou edit items and charcters to ur hearts content and make stupidly silly strong OP items etc
even making things that dont even exist - its basically cheating with hero editor

Because it's an item that actually exists in the online gameplay.

If u look at anything from a different perspective, all items could be hero edited.. Because u can edit the items u find OR the items u make to have the same mods as what could be found.

But In reality both are 3rd party programs, so they are alike but different.

Isn't stupid shit like this what got the trophy room closed??

Trophy room got closed because ppl were posting random rares they found with like 0 good stats.
