Let the quest for discovery continue, but first... more gambling!

Wow look at that! This is my first ever set or unique gamble, i know the odds of getting one are like 1:2000 or something. But of course i get an item that i have absolutely no use for



Soon after, i get this. Finally something good and i am using it



And then i got carried away completely with the gambles and lost almost all my money.... down to 12k gold, i should be careful or i could go broke.

I'll never forget venturing in the jungles of act 3 for the first time. It was with a zealot paladin and got so lost, that i stopped playing the game for months. It was my most hated act for a long time, but now is one of my favorites.

I came... i conquered... i left!

Yeah, back then i realized that it's not the act itself i had problem with, it's was maps like these... you don't see entire thing here, but trust me, it was really bad



I did a stash revision i found out that i have the runes for Ancients Pledge - 4 Tals and 3 Rals. I cubed 3 Tals to get another Ral and then 3 Rals to get the Ort. I could've notice that earlier if i had basic knowledge for cubing recipes and rune progression, but i don't. I just look at list of recipes, from time to time, and do my thing.

With this, soon i'll be unstoppable



This is better be worth it Ormus!

The Ormus reward. Again, massive fire resistance bonus... what is going on here? But this time i'm not even mad, because this is still an upgrade to one of my ring that has just 8% fire res and nothing else... add the Pledge to that and looking very good, even for the nightmare resistance penalty



Ahhh, seeing these resistances maxed out is the most beautiful thing. That's a new boost of confidence right there!



Soon after that, we dominate the Flayer Dungeon

Another place that i might be visiting for the first time ever



No, no, no, this place is not fun to explore... not when you have a map like that with tons of dead ends and backtracking. And it's filled with some sort of Stygian Dolls wannabes and i know they will be the sole reason i'm going to piss my pants when i return here later down the road.



But let's not worry too much about that, because now i have some money in my pocket and that calls for... more gambling!

40k gold down the drain! I was aiming for a godly belt, this is the best i've got



Wrong skill tree! But it doesn't hurt my resistances, so i'll use it for the slightly improved range to Corpse Explosion



Finally entering Lower Kurast, the jungle exploration felt like an eternity, the maps i rolled there were nightmare inducing.

LK almost explored! I got the two campfires setting, no runes dropped, but look at that juicy loot i've got here, that's a lot of sweet gambling money...



Got a third Nef and cubed to Eth to make Malice to equip the hero of day. That weapon doesn't impress all that much, so after act 3 i might gamble a new one.



And i almost activated that abomination again! I'm afraid my stupid softcore habits will get in trouble sooner or later

Ruined Temple down. I missed that corner up there for the screenshot, but i cleared it afterwards.

Disused Fane investigated

Kurast Bazaar explored. Now it's time to enter the most beloved dungeon in gaming history - the Kurast Sewers!



I got the heart, but i still have a lot of unfinished business in the upper section of the sewers, so i'm going back up



Words are not enough to describe how much i hate, I MEAN LOVE, this place... i can't wait for my return here, to explore it all over again for no reason at all
