I don't think so. The quality level on a PB is 73. I think the first place it can drop is Den in Hell. https://diablo2.diablowiki.net/Area_Level

Trust me. I wish the PB would drop in NM. I wouldn't leave until I found one.

This guy was a total pain in the ass. He spawned with Fanta. I had to pull all his minions out of the aura radius and take them out before going back for him.

Big D was pretty easy. Life tap, smack. Repeat.

He exploded in ice so no kill animation.



One of my favorite strange builds is the double dagger barb. I've never found one of these while playing one.



I never took a screenshot of this before. I found thing back in A5 of normal, and I keep it around for bosses and for mobs. It's on my switch with life tap ready at all times. Awesome toy.

I ran Shenk so I could get the WP.
