Stashed peasant crown, using 72mf helm at, else i have Lore bone helm.


hm, cannot decide if i should go dual Amn in hone.

I want to try to farm a5 and not just cows only, but i get your point.
Maybe i can get a +skills equipset for java and a 2nd for bow. Not sure if its worth it, i have big stash so i can just try it B)


Gear goals:
steelskull/shako/valkyre wing -> gaze
titans - done
rhyme grimshield/trollnest /mosers/lidless/storm
Magewrath/lycanders/buri-> WF/silence
skulder/viper -> Twichthroe
HL/catseye-> maras/2ama-dualleech-adds
rings: no idea, there are no dualleech rings in 1.09 and cnbf is not crucial. So a combination of raven soj bk rare
string of ears/TG -> razortail
3/20 gloves -> 2java/20ias/adds gloves
silkweave/WT - done



I do 1200 damage at level 27 Lightning Fury. That was Titans (+4), 2 skillers, and Lidless. Never found 2/20 or 1/20 gloves.

For amulet you have +2zon/dual leach listed. I don't think Amulets can't spawn dual leach in 1.09. But I could be wrong.

Gaze/shako seems fine for helm. I was prepared to use Tals Mask on my Zon. Was thrilled when Gaze dropped.
Lidless/Mosers are good to aim for. Stormshields 156 strength is awkward in 1.09 with no respec.

Thats true, rare rings cant spawn with ML and amus cant spawn with LL, but the Bloodcraft recipe amu got LL and can spawn with +2 and ML B)

Yes, tal mask would be a good option, but it looks so ugly, im not sure if i really want to see that all day.
Well that str req is a problem indeed, but i have respec with plugy (already used one), so that would not be the biggest problem. Could be Mosers 2xdia for res and storm/sol for DR, or i just ignore storm, or i just use whatever i find first :D

running 345mf now :D
Merc is solo killing meph, valk just tanks, and i autohit to apply cold dmg & slow.
This 45%cb from Hone is just wrecking meph down, unbelievable.
Thats it pretty much.



Not sure if 1.09 WWS is useful (without strafe).
Maybe ill gonna test it when im progressing.
EDIT:
Tested it and... well i forgot that C2C is bugged in 1.09.
There is an animation but the cast is not realised.
(Thats why occy is so OP in 1.09)
And thats why c2c amp is useless...


Same for Kuko, i think the Piercing attack makes it pretty worthwile.
Its 50% piercing attack according to http://d2wissen.d2chars.de/
So with my 63% from skill (without +items) bowsided its enough to be possibly worthwhile :unsure:

switched my crappy 15mf ring to another crappy 20mf one, running 350mf now. Merc has zero to add :mellow:

Next exceptional bow.

I think i stick with Kuko.
50% pierce brings me from 63 (with lore/peasent crown 65 or 66) to100% pierce.
Thats an increase of 200%/163% = 22,5%
And i think its quicker (0 WSM) than my magic gothic bow (10 WSM) IIRC.

CTC was only bugged in 1.09d. In 1.09b it worked well. But you will be fine without it. :)

Because 1.09 is stupid and if you look at the character screen for lightning fury it adds in your weapon damage to it. Yeah 351-390 is my actual damage. But still I had no problems with cows and used buriza for lightning immunes/single targets.

So my dmg is close to yours. Maybe i overrated hell cows :rolleyes:

Not sure if i should make progress to hell or atleast nm baal and level up.
Or i fi should go on meph running.
Drops dont like me atm.
