It takes time to get to act4, buy tp scrolls etc. its so boring when you can just run for 5-6 seconds with harmony on act3

On a Sorceress in particular going to act 4 is just going to be more efficient. You have TK meaning you can hit WPs from a screen away and you have teleport without having to farm Jah/Ber.
Non Sorceress classes have to move close enough to click it and they should be building into FRW/Harmony for efficient runs anyway so it makes the trot through town less damaging to run time.

I'd still build Harmony for swap prior to CTA on a Sorceress for if you need to run through town to sell or refreshing pots, ID scrolls, keys etc, though.

I don't want to start anything new. I upgrade my 1.13 do 1.14d and I've been running LK since then. I noticed a severe decrease in High Runes frequency drops. Is it coincidence or 1.14 has changed somerthing?
