Normal done. Will be doing normal Baal runs for a while. I don't feel that I'm ready for Nightmare yet.


Will be writing a short summary/recap on my experiences in Normal once I'm done with Baal running. I really need a 3 socket helm first though, 3 topazes would boost my chances of finding anything useful by a lot.

Whats the other big differences between 1.09 and the current 1.13? Sorry for all the questions but I really enjoyed this when I played this like 10 years ago on battle.net

It's mainly the lack of overpowered runewords and skill synergies and general balance in terms of mechanics and gameplay.

Always found this one to be really cool, althought it's pretty much useless.

The max fire resist will be really useful even in Nightmare. Also the chance to cast Blaze is the real swag.

First Sigon part in my walkthrough, came pretty late though.

Iratha's. Minor upgrade.


Reached level 50. Moving on to Nightmare.


Forgot to take a screen of my character sheet when starting Nightmare. My resist are terrible, espcecially lightning, which is under zero. Have to be very careful out there.
Progressing with ease so far.

Gotta love the atmosphere of this quest. Remember doing it for the first time, like ever? Was so stoked back then as a kid.


Doing the boogie with Griswold, used to be such a jolly folk. Shame.


Rescued the old guy. The Ashwood Bow on the ground was really bad.

So was the quest reward.


Cool map roll. Will be rerunning Countess later on a couple of times for sure.
