I could have save/exit and look for a map without souls but I didn't. I had to test my fire blast. It is quite weak still but I can kill stuff in p8 nm. I'll keep boosting it until it is maxed. I think it is worth it with the splash and some crowd control. Souls were not that bad with CoS. They were not shooting anything, merc took care of them. Found wp, map aint bad but not great.


Lvl 3 was easy and throne had Pit lords, Hell Witches and Horadrims. Wave 1 is under control.


Wave 2 was cake but wave 3 gave me some trouble. Since I am watching the Nats against the Cards on tv at the same time, I did not see my shadow ran out and they aimed me. Extra fast Council got me halfway but I mind blasted them away and controlled them afterwards.

Minions of Destruction are pretty much the only minions I can't convert, so I have to face them all. Good thing Lister had easy mods.


Here we go baby. P8 Baal nm


After a good 10 mins of fight, I finally killed him. Since I have max res and more with a ravenfrost, he could not do real damage to me. Merc tanked like a boss and that rattlecage helped a lot on him. The hardest part about baal is to get traps to aim him and not everything he spawns. Anyway, here are the drops.

Here are my stats/skills for now. I saved some points in case I find something I cannot pass on. Skills are pretty simple, and LS synergies are not yet maxed because I am working on fireblast right now.


And I have access to hell, but I won't be playing it right away. I need to work on my skills a little bit. I think I'll farm until I am lvl 77-78 before I move to hell.

I did not feel like farming NM indefinitly... so I began hell, or tried to.

Act 1 hell, Part 1

Went to the den, I am currently lvl 74. I lack some damage on fire blast but I can still kill some immunes if needed, when crowd controlled. Here is corpsefire. The hardest part is to aim shamans with traps, rest is cake. Merc can handle some hits too but he could use some weapon upgrade to help me out on immunes. Anyways, Corpsefire. YOu can see the pots in the air haha


Den is cleared.. at last. I can use 1 more skill.


Bisibosh. As you can see, I am using Death sentry more and more. I find it more efficient than in NM. There was 2 other Gargantuan minions around too, had to split all of them. Anyways, Dead bodies.

And then, what I thought to be the hardest part in act 1 for a trapsin.... Blood Raven. Wasn't too bad after all, took about 10 mins. Mind blast was a charm here. I had to convert some of them for the whole crowd to leave me alone while I kick Blood Raven's ass. My traps dealt some damage, like I said before, aiming was the hard part. This screenshot shows how many fans I've had making this walkthrough... Autographs?


And finally, the kill with drops. They all went to their knees!


Made it to Stony Field wp... That's a start

Found Underground passage and hoped to not have to kill tons of Mishappens. IT DID HAPPEN... Here is one of them. Had to mind blast the hell out of him while my merc took care of him.


After 45 minutes of being careful in Underground Passage, I finally find Dark Wood One step closer to farming Arcane Sanctuary.


Treehead was easier than I thought. All I had to do is Mind Blast until his teammates were converted and LS the hell out of him. Got the scroll now

He rewarded me with a Gloom's trap... Dunno if I'll ever use it but I stashed it.


I went back to save Cain... For the last time


And there was one fucking hard customer waiting for me... Magic resistant Very fast mofo I had to kite him around the little brick wall for a while... a long long long long...time... you get the point. I was dizzy when he got halfway...

After fighting for a mere 25 minutes, running around the wall, I dug a hole deep enough for him to be caught into my footsteps... I finally killed him and moved on with more minions below. DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIE!

35 minutes of fighting gave me that ring... not great but better than my nagel for now. Using!


I will try to finish Act 1 and reach Arcane Sanctuary tomorrow. We'll see how it goes. Immunes are being taken care of so far with good crowd control and imagination.... Hope I'll be lucky on those later. Stay tuned!

You can always farm A1 for some socketables and such, instead of rushing it. Don't want to see you dying on us.
