On the left I've started a unique ring collection that are "not SOJ" going from manald - nagel - raven - dwarf - carrion. There's probably 100+ more nagel / manald I've just dropped and sold though and also like 3x BKs in use. Been grinding mostly p7 Tombs lately on poison necro but just found a Vex so far. Cheers!

Okay so.. right after the last post found another Sur in chaos. 2x Sur'd a Ber and then put that into a Scythe Infinity. I got my nova sorc rolling now with:
Griff (facet)
Vmagi (facet)
Mara
Arach
Magefist
1x fcr ring with light res + mana + mpk
1x Bul katho ring
Silkweaves

I'm not really sure on this build.. I've never had a nova sorc before. My lite & fire res are nearly capped with my inventory of charms but I do not have ES Memory buff staff so I'm using CTA + lidless. I maxed Warmth and 20 pts into TK , only 1 pt into ES. It seems pretty safe I did a few runs of p8 Chaos TZ at lvl 98. Open to suggestions but obviously I can't buy gear.

Respec and do not max warmth, just one point
Such a waste of 19 skill points
Max ES
Cta and lidless is fine
Your ES should absorb at least 90%
Also fire cold light res doesnt matter
Youre wasting inventory slots
Just put on sandstorm treks for psn res and a few psn res charms if you dont have a 20 res torch/anni
Light skills/10fcr amulet with 2 sojs is way better if you can find/craft one

Psn res is useless, psn dmg is so stronk in d2r you'll lose hp either way
Better to put cure rw gives cleansing aura to remove psn dmg

I tested with venom ward on and had 90 psn res without cure
Got gassed by radament
Psn didnt hurt too much thanks to prayer
But it lasted for fucking ever.

So yeah
Useless, unless you have a ton of it

Also because takes so much space in inventory or takes away boots option

And radament is not that bad, try psn skellies in wsk lvl 2. I hate them so much.

But cleansing aura usually kills it in 3-4 secs maximum.

Gotta hate em when its ladder reset and youre teleing to baal without cure
Cure is just op and a must for nova sorcs.
Also do you know if its worth getting a psn length reduced amulet?
2/10/psnlength > 3/10 amulet?
I wonder if it really reduces the full length by 25/50/75%

I have 75 psn res with just a torch and an anni, perfect ones ofc
30 from anya qs, 35 from vmagi, 70 from treks, feels good.

I run pretty much that gear except I gotta roll with WTs , since this is pvm and I need mf anywhere I can

But I have only like 2300 mana Or I don’t know what the issue is but I tend to die all of a sudden out of nowhere and it’s really annoying

Last time i died was p8 unique soul pack plains of despair tz
Really hurts when you get like 6+ mana burn lightning shots at once

Thanks for advice . My current build feels super safe though. I really don't like relying on strictly ES. So how it is now with like 80% ES absorbing the damage with insanely strong mana regen + having a 1400 HP buffer with maxed res feels good. I'm 98.5 the only thing that ever gets me is tele-ing into a nasty urdar or ghost pack.

I also don't have the SOJs so I'm not able to really maximize mana
