I've looked into it in the past, and talked to others who had a similar problem:
Merc Delirium @ Baal causes game crash because the bone fetish counts as a minion.
However, baal can't go into his worldstone with minions still in the room (bone fetish checks as minion during baals flag checks).
The reason why this happens is because when Lister dies, all nearby non boss spawned minions also die, to prevent any issues. Then Baal checks to make sure there are no monsters remaining (which there shouldnt be) and moves on to worldstone.

or is there a chance to kill them with meteor + orb? does meteor stop the life reg?
